Flexible Best Available Rate: A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. Payment will be taken in full 48 hours prior to arrival from the credit card details used to guarantee the reservation. The Flexible Rate allows you to amend or cancel the reservation up to midnight 48 hours prior to arrival without charge.

Advance Purchase rates are non- refundable and non-transferable. The credit/debit card used to book the Advance Purchase rate must be presented to reception on arrival at the hotel. Please note failure to do so will result in an alternative payment method being required.

Upsells that are charged will be refunded should the reservation be within the cancellation policy.

Spa: All treatments and spa days cancelled with less that 48 hours notice with incur the full cost of treatment booked.
